Text Message Program Terms

What are your text message terms?

When you provide us with your mobile phone number, you agree to receive up to 8 automated text messages (including SMS and MMS) per month sent by or on behalf of our organization and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or business partners to that phone number. You also agree to receive a final automated text message confirming any opt-out. You can reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help. Message and data rates apply to all text messages.

All text messages may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated device. Your consent is not required to purchase our goods or services.

Our text message program is subject to our Privacy Policy.

How do I sign up for these text messages?

All you have to do is text "CONCERTS", “FAMILY”, or “JAM” to 40868. When you do this, we will send you a text message to confirm your signup, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration.

How do I opt out of these text messages?

You can opt out by replying STOP to any program text message you receive from. After you reply STOP, we will send you a text message to confirm that you have opted out. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending program text messages to you again.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Our organization does not charge for the text messages you receive from us, however standard message and data rates set by your mobile carrier may apply.
